At Kemotv, we aim to deliver a high-quality IPTV experience. However, due to the digital nature of our service, we have a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds After Activation
   Once your Kemotv subscription is activated and login details are provided, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds will only be considered if:

• The service is not working within 24 hours of purchase
• You have not logged in or used the IPTV service
• You contact us within 24 hours

3. Requesting a Refund
